“Computing is not about computers any more. It is about living.” (Nicholas Negroponte)

Washington State University (WSU) – Cougs In Cyber (CIC) explore the limits of modern technology and utilize it to shape the future. The focuses of CIC are the Internet of Things (IoT)/Sensor Technology (ST) and Cyber Security (CS). IoT refers to the connection of atypical devices to the internet. Devices such as cars, kitchen appliances, and heart monitors connected to the internet fall into this category. As the IoT/ST philosophy continues to spread, more devices will join that list. What items will be connected next? Join us in deciding which items, and more importantly, how.
